Terms of sale

1. The seller

You buy from Digital Consulting Limited, a Hong Kong company. “Sloth” is the customer-facing brand. Binding notices: hello@heysloth.com.

2. The contract

A reservation is an offer by you. We accept when we email confirmation. The goods contract completes when we charge and dispatch. Until then you may cancel under the Pre-order disclosure.

3. The goods

One merino sleep sack, Classic cut, this batch 0–6 months (height 56–69 cm, weight 4.5–8 kg). Australian merino lining, organic cotton outer, no synthetic filling, two-way zipper with zipper guards, opens flat, sleeveless, no snaps, worn over sleepwear, not weighted, no hood. Room-temperature guidance 17–24°C.

4. Price and payment

Launch sell price: HK$780 (compare-at HK$899) or US$99 (compare-at US$109). We do not capture funds until shipment.

5. Delivery

Hong Kong SAR only for this batch. We do not ship to the United States, Mainland China, or elsewhere yet.

6. Cancellation, refunds, returns

See the Pre-order disclosure. Summary: free cancel before ship; after delivery, statutory quality rights remain.

7. Safety

Use as a wearable blanket in a safe-sleep setup. Not a toy. Follow the hangtag. If we cannot meet the standard we described, we will not charge you.

8. Liability and disputes

For HK consumers, we do not exclude liability that statute does not allow us to exclude. Governing law: Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
