It keeps up with the room
Australian merino lining, organic cotton outer. No polyester batting. When the AC kicks in, it holds a little warmth. When it doesn’t, it lets heat go. That’s why we don’t print a TOG on it.

A merino sleep sack for the first six months
merinoMerino warms when the nursery cools and breathes when it doesn’t. One classic sack — so they stay covered, and you can sleep too.

Most sleep sacks sell you a number. The room doesn’t care about the number. It cares about a fibre that can move with the night.
Built like a 4-season classic: merino next to skin, cotton outside, a zip you can work one-handed. Not a gadget. A sack.

Two-way zip, zipper guards so it doesn’t catch skin, opens fully flat. Change a nappy without peeling the whole night off them.
Snug at the chest and neck. Generous in the legs so they can kick. Don’t size up — a loose neck is how a sack rides up.

On the crib rail. In the hanging bed. Opened at the lining.

A bodysuit when it’s warm. Long sleeves when it isn’t. The sack is the constant.
From the top or the bottom. Guards so it doesn’t catch skin.
Merino does the small adjustments you used to do with extra blankets.

No extra sacks in the cupboard. Dress for the room, zip, and let the fibre work. Check the tummy or the neck — not the hands.
A bodysuit on a warm night. Long sleeves when the AC is on. The sack doesn’t change — the layer underneath does.

Out of the swaddle, into one classic sack they can keep through the 0–6 window.

Unzip from the bottom. Keep the rest of them warm. Zip. Back to bed.

AC on, window cracked, 3am dip. Layer underneath; leave the sack on.

Same sack in the crib, the bassinet, a night at the grandparents’. No extra blankets.
Parents don’t need another number on a label. They need a sack that keeps up with a real nursery — the crib, the hanging bed, the 3am dip.Sloth · merino, said plainly

75+ parents asked for a sack like this. These four tried a sample week.
“The AC in our Tai Hang walk-up swings ten degrees after midnight. I used to get up and swap a sack. This one just… stayed. I checked his tummy once and went back to sleep.”

“I was tired of TOG charts that never matched the actual room. We tried the sample on a humid week. Long sleeves underneath, sack on, two-way zip for the 2am nappy. That was the whole routine.”

“Out of the swaddle I was scared she’d slip. The neck sits snug — I didn’t size up, even though every auntie told me to. She kicked, the sack stayed a sack, and I stopped pulling blankets at 3.”

“Merino sounded like a ski jumper. It isn’t. Soft knit, oatmeal print, zip you can work with one hand in the dark. I emailed them the morning after the third night. That’s when I reserved.”
